Your mission

Setup, maintenance, and security of Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD systems
Operation of container environments (Docker)
Installation and administration of Linux servers to ensure scalability and availability
Planning, deployment, and operation of network infrastructure (routers, switches)
Administration and optimization of virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, KVM)
Ensuring IT security in daily operations
Implementation of security standards and policies
Support of ISMS and ISO27001 compliance
Automation of operational processes using Bash, Python, and Ansible
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
User support and incident handling
Patch and update management
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Participation in IT and infrastructure projects
Support of migrations, optimizations, and technology rollouts

Your profile

Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experienceSkills
Strong experience with Linux servers and Windows clients
Knowledge of virtualization and networking technologies
Scripting skills (Bash, Python; Ansible is a plus)
Interest in IT security and cryptography
Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1)
Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, Oracle)
Debian, Wazuh, Ansible
Basic knowledge of AI technologies (LLM, RAG)
Project management skills and strong analytical thinking
