- Technical consulting and support for customers in the field of cryptography, with a focus on PKI projects and certificate lifecycle management
- End-to-end support for the customer journey: from initial contact to proof of concept (PoC) to implementation and handover to operational use
- Delivery of technical presentations, workshops, and demos in pre-sales (including webinars and selected industry events)
- Analysis of customer requirements and translation into technical solution concepts as input for product and roadmap decisions
- Evaluation and design of the integration of our solutions into existing IT landscapes (e.g., applications, interfaces, automation, processes)
- Support with quotations, tenders, change requests, and technical statements
- Close cooperation with development, sales and marketing
- Technical support and coordination of sales and technology partners
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships as a technical contact and PKI expert

Your mission
Your profile
- Completed degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, engineering)
or comparable technical training - 3–5 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, IT consulting, or a comparable technical consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificate infrastructures, cryptographic processes, ideally including HSMs
- Experience in technical project support and/or project management
- High willingness to develop a deep technical understanding of MTG products
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a structured, understandable, and convincing manner
- High customer orientation, analytical thinking, and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, partners, and international teams
- Fluent German and English skills
