Solution Sales Manager (m/w/d) – PKI & Cybersecurity

Your mission

  • Proactive identification of relevant tenders in the enterprise and public sector segments, structured qualification of opportunities, definition of winning bid strategies, and end-to-end ownership of the proposal process through to successful contract award.
  • Technical and business analysis, structuring, and qualification of specific customer requests and requirements, as well as the development of tailored, high-value solution proposals.
  • Commercial coordination of projects through to contract award and effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for all sales-related matters concerning our product portfolio, and driving the commercial growth of customer accounts.
  • Strategic development and ongoing management of partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms.
  • Identification of market trends and provision of actionable recommendations for product enhancements in close collaboration with Product Management.

Your profile

  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructures, ideally with experience in IT security, cryptography, or Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Proven track record in consultative B2B solution sales, or a solid background in Technical Presales or Technical Consulting with a strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and a demonstrated ability to close deals. Extensive knowledge of modern bid and proposal strategies, as well as hands-on experience managing complex tender processes successfully, is required.
  • In-depth understanding of the operational structures, complex decision-making processes, and procurement frameworks of mid-sized to large enterprises and public sector organizations.
  • Strong communicator with a professional and collaborative approach, excellent organizational skills, a structured working style, and a highly analytical mindset.
  • Confident and credible communicator when engaging with IT security stakeholders, combined with full professional proficiency in both German and English.
