Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- Excellent knowledge of Java (Java 21/25 or newer)
- Extensive expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and the Spring ecosystem
- Extensive experience in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures
- In-depth knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and relational databases; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Clean Architecture principles
- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and maintainable enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Experience with automated testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills; fluency in spoken and written English and German
